Organic Sunset Farm’s Sunset Villa-1 is ideal for couples and small families, it has one-bedroom. Enjoy your stay with outdoor activities like boating, fishing, and vegetable picking you will surely enjoy. Your booking comes with FREE BREAKFAST for 2! The space Enjoy a lot of space and privacy in your one-bedroom villa, a private garden, pool and an outdoor patio, small kitchen where you can bring and cook your own food. We only charge corkage fees for full catering services. On the south side of the property, you’ll enjoy the beauty of picturesque view of the sunset near the fishpond area while enjoying watching your friends or families fishing or boating. Since we are in a farm environment pls expect unavoidable flying/crawling insects specially at night time. We encourange guests to bring and apply insect repellants at night. If you are not a nature person and looking for complete amenities in common hotels, apologies but this setting may not be for you. Our farm is perfect for small and big groups who wish to embrace the great outdoors. FREE ACTIVITIES: -fishing and vegetable picking; free 1klo for the entire stay; excess P200/klo - boating -duck feeding Pls approach our staff for any assistance. NOTE: NO VISITORS ALLOWED EXTRA SLEEPING GUEST/S- we allow up to 2pax with 1000 per head per night charge, this comes with extra floor mattress(es) ,pillows and linens PET POLICY-We allow up to 1pet maximum with 1000 per pet per night charge. Any damages caused, you will be charged more than the security deposit. All pets shall be properly leashed at all times. It is the guests responsibility to provide their own beddings and shall be in diapers at all times. NO DRONES. There are 3more other villas near you, kindly refrain from using drones for the privacy of other checked in guests. WE DO NOT ALLOW PHOTO/VIDEO SHOOTS,PRODUCT SHOOTS AND EVENTS IN THE PROPERTY. SEPARATE RATES/PACKAGES, CONTACT THE HOST FOR DETAILS AND PROPER COORDINATION. Escape the city! We look forward to hosting you! Guest access You’ll have access to the entire farm. You may check the Sunset Garden for more space to walk and the Vegetable area where you can do crop picking. Please walk around the property, feel the breeze and enjoy the sound of nature Other things to note We require a security deposit of Php2,000 upon check in of guests. This can be settled thru Gcash or cash payment. The amount will returned after check out provided that there are no damages,missing or broken items in the property. Staff are there to assist you but only until 8pm.
