Wonderful villa in Cernobbio with a private garden, jacuzzi, and a magnificent lake view visible from every room and the private garden. The villa has just been renovated and enjoys a stunning location with every conceivable comfort. The space The villa is arranged over three floors. Upon entering, you'll find yourself on the middle floor where there's a cozy living room with a desk and a comfortable sofa bed. Opposite the living room, there's a first suite with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Moving upstairs, you'll find two more suites. One is very spacious with a four-poster bed, a sofa, a lake-view terrace, and a desk where you can comfortably work remotely. The second room also offers every comfort and a stunning, sheer view of the lake. All suites are equipped with 55-inch or 43-inch 4K smart TVs with Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney Plus. Descending to the lowest floor, there's a fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, dishes, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules. Beyond the kitchen, there's a living room with two sofas, a smart TV, a dining table, and a guest bathroom. Both rooms open onto a large terrace where you can dine at sunset while admiring the lake with a large table, a barbecue, and a lounge area with sofas and armchairs to relax and enjoy a drink! The terrace is connected to the real gem of the villa... a splendid garden overlooking the lake. Here you'll find a jacuzzi pool with a whirlpool, a sunbathing area with a circular sofa, and an outdoor shower to cool off during the hottest hours. The entire outdoor area is illuminated in the evening with lights on the railings, creating an extremely relaxing atmosphere. La villa also has an additional room above the garden with a treadmill, spin bike, and a foosball table where you can exercise or play with friends while admiring the splendid view from the large window! The villa is air-conditioned with one AC unit on both the floors with the bedrooms. The bathrooms on the first and second floors are fully equipped with sink, toilet, bidet, shower, and hairdryer, while the guest bathroom on the lower floor has a toilet and sink. Throughout your stay, there will be courtesy kits for each guest, including three towels of different sizes, a pair of slippers, shampoo, shower gel, and soaps, enough for the entire duration of the stay. Note: The stairs connecting the various floors are steep, so it is not recommended for those with mobility difficulties. How to reach the villa: The accommodation is accessible by car, taxi, or bus, thanks to the bus stop 20 meters from the villa.
