The subdivision is approximately 9 km from downtown Japaratinga The space Simple and very comfortable house, with three bedrooms (1st has a double bed + a single bed, 2nd two single beds and the 3rd a double bed + a single bed), all rooms are en-suites with electric shower and have split air conditioning, fans and new mattresses. Full kitchen equipped with freezer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, sandwich maker, we also have an aluminum barbecue available for the guest. The outdoor area has a lawn around the house with a large area to park up to 4 cars, and we provide a frame pool for complete leisure. On the porch you will find a hammock and a table for gatherings.
