From the spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchen to the private bedrooms and laundry room, every part of the home is available for your use. The pool, outdoor patio, and game room are all yours to relax and have fun in. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, kids playing, or enjoying a family BBQ under the stars, you can feel completely at home. The villa is designed for your comfort and privacy, so you can unwind and create lasting memories in your own private retreat. Other things to note CHECK-IN: You will receive basic instructions once you book, and we will send a message with the door code on your arrival day. You can check in any time after 4:00 PM and as late as you like, you'll have a pin code access to get in. Early check-in depends on whether the property is cleaned early enough, you can ask if we are available for early check-in the day before your arrival and we will confirm this for you. CHECK- OUT: Self check out: You will receive all the instructions once you book, in the welcome message. You must follow those instructions. There is NO Late Check-out as we need to get the property ready for other guests. Please note, there might be a penalty fee of $200 for late check out. EXTRA AMENITIES: Depending on the length of your stay, we will provide extra sheets, towels and toilet paper. PARKING: You have plenty of free parking spots inside the property and free street parking is also available. You can check this by reviewing our exterior photos. LAUNDRY: Private laundry is available. Regular detergent is included. BARBECUE: You can use the barbecue as much as you want, just make sure to close the gas and clean it once you use it. Propane tanks for the BBQ grill is not refilled or replaced by the host. Guests are responsible for refilling the existing tank or purchasing a replacement if needed during their stay. On the day of arrival, we will provide instructions and nearby locations where propane tanks can be refilled or exchanged. PACKAGES, DELIVERIES & FORGOTTEN ITEM: Please plan all package and delivery orders carefully and make sure they are addressed correctly and scheduled to arrive only during your confirmed reservation dates. We are not responsible for packages delivered before check-in, after check-out, to an incorrect address, or to another property. We cannot monitor delivery status, receive packages on a guest’s behalf, retrieve misplaced deliveries, or store packages outside the reservation period. Any lost, stolen, delayed, or incorrectly delivered package is the sole responsibility of the guest and the delivery provider. Before checking out, please carefully inspect all rooms, closets, drawers, bathrooms, and outdoor areas for personal belongings. We are not responsible for items left behind after departure. We do not provide storage or postal shipping services and cannot guarantee that forgotten items will be located, held, or returned. Registration Details Exempt: You host a bed and breakfast
