Guest access The use of the house is full and private. Other things to note 1. As of August 1, 2025, a Municipal Tourist Tax of €1.50 per person, per night, up to a maximum of 3 consecutive nights, is charged to guests aged 16 and over; 2. If you need a sofa bed, you must let us know at the time of booking. 3. To ensure compliance with Portuguese law in the declaration of foreigners at the SEF border police, identification documents will be requested before entering the accommodation. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. In this sense, the necessary measures will be taken to avoid alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access; 4. No other people are allowed to enter the accommodation (only those identified in the reservation can enter); 5.
