Other things to note Important Information for Your Stay Hot Tub Maintenance The pool & spa combo is serviced twice weekly to ensure a clean and relaxing experience. Each service will take approximately 30 minutes. No diving please. Landscaping: Our landscaping team will visit every Friday to maintain the backyard. Desert Environment Notice Located in the heart of the desert, our properties are part of a unique ecosystem where pests may occasionally appear, despite our proactive efforts. We conduct monthly pest control treatments to maintain a comfortable environment. Sugar ants may appear if food is left out, even with regular treatments. Cockroaches may occasionally be spotted due to the desert environment. While we take every measure to minimize pests, their presence is sometimes unavoidable. Refunds will not be issued for pest sightings, but our pest control team can do our best to provide an additional treatment during your stay if needed.
