For this reason, we do not recommend entering or fishing in the water. Any water activity is at the guests’ own risk. However, there are several entry points along the river within a short drive from the property, so you can easily rent a boat or bring your own water vessels to play. • Roads to this property are paved and easy to navigate; parking is paved with space for up to 3 vehicles. Plus, you’ll be less than 30 minutes from McGhee Tyson Airport. • Paths leading to the yard space and water are gravel and wood plank.
