Sail and relax on a Luxury Houseboat!

Step aboard the brand new Rivercottage! This sailing holiday home offers everything you need to explore Dutch nature. A hot shower, internet, heating and fully equipped kitchen. The boat has all the comforts. With the solar panels, you are completely "off-grid" and you have 1000 liters of drinking water. When you book for several days, you can sail yourself, without a sailing license! (Read other important information) Please message me to discuss your preferences! The space The boat is fully equipped. The solar panels allow you to stay completely off-grid in nature. Heating, hot shower, 1000 liters of clean drinking water, fully equipped kitchen, internet, smart TV. Two double beds. 220 volt sockets. Other things to note 🚤 Important Information About Your Boat Stay: Welcome aboard! Please read the following carefully to make the most of your experience. ⛵ Sailing the Boat Yourself: - Want to sail the boat yourself? Please let us know in advance. - Sailing is not allowed in bad weather (wind force 4 or higher) or after dark. - At check-in, you’ll receive (sailing) instructions. - If you don’t speak Dutch or English, we unfortunately cannot provide instructions, so self-sailing won’t be possible. We’re happy to drop you off at a beautiful spot instead. - Not comfortable sailing? No problem! We can bring you to a lovely location. 📍 Navigation & Safety Rules: - Stay within the designated sailing area. - You must have at least two adults on board to operate the boat. - Harbor fees (~€30/night) are your responsibility when docking elsewhere. 💰 Costs & Deposit: - A €500 deposit is required upon arrival. - A €10/hour sailing fee applies and will be deducted from your deposit. - Deposit is not required when you're not sailing yourself. - In case of damage, part or all of your deposit may be withheld. ❌ Not Allowed: - BBQs on board are not allowed. ✅ Included Free of Charge: - Clean bed linen and towels - Coffee 🛶 Optional Rentals: - Two-person kayak: €20/day - Folding bikes: €10/day ⏰ Late Check-out: - Late check-out may be possible—just ask! - Want to stay the full day?
