The space The amenities offered here are tough to beat- step out of the rear slider and be greeted by an impressive back yard oasis highlighted by a heated salt water pool, an array of seating (including an outdoor dining table that can fit 8+), and even an outdoor kitchen and bar with TV! The covered porch is a great place to relax on a summers' night. This outdoor space is truly an entertainer's dream during the warmer months of the year, and staying home for the day has never been more tempting. The Cabana is laid out with practicality in mind, and includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, the smaller of which is tucked away off the master suite. The sun-filled sitting room is a great spot for 2 to 4 people to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea, or dinner, and features a futon sofa that folds down into a queen to accommodate two additional guests. The open-concept living space includes high-end furnishings and an array of seating options, a kitchen stocked with all the essentials, and even an easy-to-use double-sided gas fireplace to cozy up after an evening swim. A guest-accessible laundry area can be found in the partially-finished basement. There are two twin bunk beds in the basement. In addition to being just a hop, skip, and a jump from Chicago and Milwaukee, Lake Geneva has something for everyone regardless of the time of year. Stay during the summer to indulge in all the lake activities you could dream of, during fall to visit pumpkin patches and take in the vibrant color changes the area has to offer, and during winter for easy access to multiple ski areas. Other things to note There are two twin bunk beds in the basement. *Quiet Hours are 10pm-8am-Please be respectful our the neighbors. *Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Usage outside of these dates cannot be guaranteed. *Before you check out we ask that you please place your pool towels in the washer and start a cycle. *Parking is 4 cars maximum only. There is no street parking and the garage is not available for guest use. *There are cameras for guest safety on the exterior of the home at the front entrance, the driveway, and on the pool* *Please keep in mind, all toiletry and startup supplies are meant to last 2-3 days. If your stay is longer, you may need to purchase more. We want to make sure you are as satisfied as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! We strive for a 5 star stay! *Please note: After your reservation is confirmed through Airbnb, we will request your email address and send an electronic guest rental agreement. Signing the agreement is required to finalize your booking and receive check-in instructions.
