Other things to note STR Permit #STR-2024-002433 Primary Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book this property. Check-in is at 4 pm Check-out is at 10 am Heated pool fee is $125/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you! * Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick it up after your dog * Absolutely no parties, grounds for termination. We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors. * Please note there are 2 exterior facing cameras near the driveway and front door. * Parking in driveway for 4 cars max. The house is outfitted with a Minut noise device, which measures noice decibels (does not record), in an effort to be respectful of our neighbors. Please note there are 3 cameras total on property near the front door, driveway, electrical panel. GUEST VERIFICATION: To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed. Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes: - Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions. - Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in. - Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book. The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property.
