If you are traveling with a pet, reach out as we can help you find a pet-friendly place. -The pool & hot tub is serviced weekly on Wednesdays or Thursday. -The exterior of the home is monitored by video camera 24/7. -NO usage of private drones allowed on the property. -The home is located in a rural area and while it does have regular pest treatments in place, due to the environment, you may see pests and wildlife during your stay inside and outside the home. Outdoors, do not approach the wildlife but rather enjoy them from a distance. They will leave you be if you extend them the same courtesy! Some wildlife you might see includes deer, hawks, rattlesnakes, foxes, armadillos and you may hear coyotes. -To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home. -Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins.
