The master bedroom has a king bed, a patio, a Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There are 2 guest bedrooms, both with queen beds. A full bathroom with a shower/tub next to two guest bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is in the basement. There is a twin-over-queen bunk bed with a twin trundle and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. We are considering the basement bunk room to be the 4th bedroom, but please note that no door provides privacy for the bedroom. The bunk room also has a wet bar, sofa, and a Smart TV. The basement has a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Breckenridge STR License Number:849930002 Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, deck/patio, garage, and hot tub. Other things to note This home is part of a duplex and guests must be respectful of the guests and residents of the adjacent home. Please note that the basement bunk room is a large room that we consider a bedroom, but there is no door to the room. There is a Ring doorbell or a surveillance camera on the front door for security purposes. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
