Guest access My place has everything. The only thing you need to bring is your bathingsuits. There are beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler to take with you to the beach. The kitchen has everything. Washer and dryer are not available, but a laundromat is close by. Other things to note • NO SMOKING INSIDE: I have a strict no-smoking policy inside the apartment. Smoking is not allowed indoors, and any evidence of smoking will result in additional fees for odor removal, furniture cleaning, and maintenance. I appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment. • NO PARTIES/EVENTS: I kindly request that you treat my apartment with respect and refrain from hosting parties or events. I strive to keep my apartment in pristine condition for both future guests and your potential return visits.
