The Antico Casolare Uliveto (from 1865) is immersed in the countryside of Cava de' Tirreni, just 4 km from the center and the A3 highway. It enjoys a privileged position overlooking the valley up to Vesuvius, ideal for easily reaching the archaeological sites of Pompeii, Herculaneum, Paestum and the wonderful Amalfi Coast, which is only a few kilometers away. It is also located near the airports of Naples (50 km) and Salerno (35 km) and the international circuit of Naples-Sarno (22 km). The space The Antico Casolare Uliveto is surrounded by 50,000 square meters of countryside and offers a maximum total of 16 beds and a large outdoor space consisting of garden and terraces. In 2024 the entire property was completely renovated. There is a large garden with fruit trees, barbecue, marble table, pergola and outdoor furniture. Large terraces equipped with tables, umbrellas, are facing the southwest side of the farmhouse from which you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. The available beds are distributed as follows: A) 3 double rooms with two bathrooms - one en-suite - on the first floor (garden level). The 3 rooms have air conditioning; B) 1 double bedroom + sofa bed in the living room and bathroom (on the ground floor in the former cellars of the Antico Casolare Uliveto, a place full of charm) - there is a fan in the bedroom, and there is an air conditioner in the living room; C) 1 double bedroom + sofa bed in the living room and bathroom (on the second floor, south-facing, where you can enjoy a wonderful view - access is via a steep staircase) - there are air conditioners in the bedroom and living room. Wifi is available. There is also a dishwasher, oven or microwave, iron, hair dryer. The washing machines are located outside and shared. Free parking is available inside the property. Pools: There are two swimming pools near the house: the Hotel Diecimare, located just 600 meters away, and Tenuta Antica, about 900 meters away.
