Other things to note 1) This apartment is located in a 100% smoke-free community. 2) 1 free parking pass is included for the in-building garage (extras available for a fee) 3) We only offer stays of 30+ nights (this rental is reserved for flexible month-to-month stays) 4) Pets are unfortunately not permitted in this apartment. If you have a pet, let us know - we have other rentals where we can happily welcome them. :) Need extra flexibility? Let us know! We are happy to block off our calendar for you so that you can just pay 30 nights at a time and move out whenever you want with 2 weeks notice. Note: ID verification will be required before your arrival. After you book, we'll send you a link, and you simply upload a photo of your ID and take a selfie.
