The space Please read entirely so you have a good idea of what you are booking, as we will stick to our cancellation policy. Chipita Pines is a large house ready to accommodate your family. Please note that the two available twin beds are in an open area on the top floor. They do not have a closing door, but they do have a great view! We have a security cameras at entrances to monitor traffic if necessary. They are all outside and will be on during your stay. If you are interested in an early check in or late checkout, please inquire on the day of your booking. We would need to hire an additional cleaner for $180. Colorado Springs is 15 minutes East, and Woodland Park is less than 15 minutes west. The list of nearby activities is endless. Pike's Peak Highway and The North Pole are a few minutes away. Guest access We provide keyless access and you will receive the code two days prior to your stay. Other things to note Notes to take into account: --October-May we can have snow storms. Please be aware you may need 4-wheel drive. Check the weather for Cascade as it can be very different from Colorado Springs. --Chipita Pines is located in a mountain town, with little to no access to Uber or Lyft transportation. --We are also in a forest fire area, so fire bans may occasionally happen. The timing of this is out of our control. This may mean not being able to use certain fire features or our Traeger grill. We will try to let you know during your stay if there is high fire danger and what cannot be used. --Chipita Pines doesn't have A/C, but at this elevation you rarely need it! It stays much cooler at 7,800 ft and open windows at night keeps it comfortable. There are plenty of fans available
