Your unique door code will be provided 7 days prior to your check in date assuming the rental agreement has been completed. Other things to note The Ridge features the views and amenities it affords guests by having multiple levels of relaxation and entertainment. In order to provide this, there are many steps to get to different areas of both the outside as well as inside. Guests should be comfortable with heights, steps and some areas of height/water access that are not railed and could be dangerous. There are security cameras on-site. These are located at the dock area, the parking area, hot tub area and the street. Cameras are for security purposes only and are not monitored so please do not rely on these for personal safety. This home is equipped with devices that monitor the environment inside and outside the property (including noise levels, temperature, smoke and air quality) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed. This does not record sound as our guests privacy is key. Tampering with any security device may result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Parking is available for a maximum of three cars. Please park on-property. Rock area across the street is private property.
