Welcome! Experience off-grid living while being less than 5 minutes from the town center of Woodland Park! This beautifully preserved travel trailer has the indoor and outdoor creature comforts you expect of a modern RV. The Airstream has an established outdoor living area for your leisure and enough space inside for 2 people. We provide all of the instructions to properly use the space at the time of your arrival and we are near by to assist! The space While the Airstream is small, it has ample space to accommodate your stay! Upon arrival, you’ll find that this property has a private outdoor leisure area behind a gated entrance. The outdoor area has a gas fire pit, ambient lighting, comfortable seating for four, and the natural décor of Colorado’s gorgeous red rocks and beautiful pine trees! You'll also see local peaks of mountains between the trees! Airstream ‘84 has enough room to comfortably sleep 2 people. You’ll find space inside to cook and eat as well as space to work or play board games! There are two twin beds. You’ll also find a full functioning bathroom with a shower at the back of the RV. The travel trailer is heated so you’ll stay cozy on the chilly days and AC is available on warmer days. You’ll also find a complementary Guest Manual filled with recommendations for local attractions, restaurants and other useful information to make your stay comfortable! Guest access Guests will have one parking spot available during their visit. It will be conveniently located near the Airstream. Most of the area is only accessible by vehicle but there are local hiking trails near Peak View Park that is accessible by foot. Please remember to pack-out what you bring-in on your hike! Other things to note Airstream ’84 is 420 friendly, but we kindly ask that you enjoy responsibly outside on the property. We expect our guests to treat others residing in the Peak View Park with mutual respect. This also includes following our policy for quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 5:00 am 7 days a week. You’ll find instructions such as how to operate the toilet, sunshades and other Airstream related operations. Should guests have any questions, we are available to answer them! During colder months (October to May), the chance of unexpected snow is very likely. Please prepare to have a reliable vehicle while traveling to this property. The road conditions at higher elevations can quickly change.
