Fully equipped kitchen/oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, minibar. A living room, a bedroom and a private bathroom are available to you. ❤️ The space Our house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Hemdingen. We have a beautiful garden that you are welcome to share. Our living and sleeping rooms are on the ground floor. In the basement of our house is your 49 m² apartment with sofa and 2 armchairs and large HD TV. In the back there are two full beds. Next door is the bedroom, which is equipped with a queen size bed 160 x 200 m. An HD TV is also available here. Across the hall you will find the beautiful bathroom with shower and toilet. Sufficient towels etc. are available. Also shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Fiber optic Internet / Wi-Fi You have access to the apartment through the underground car park. We built a small kitchen in the apartment in February 2025 with a lot of love. It is fully equipped with everything you need. Sufficient fresh, filtered water is available for you. Our Cockerpoo dog Ennie is part of the family. She is an anti-allergy dog and does not shed any fur. If you have any questions, always feel free to ask.❤️ Guest access You can access your Airbnb in via our underground parking garage. If we cannot greet you personally, you will find the key in the key safe on the right side of the underground parking garage. Other things to note Our small kitchen has a wooden countertop, please be careful with hot pots and water. Thanks very much. Are you staying longer than 1 night? Then you can put your used dishes on the tray in front of the door. We will take care of it and put it back in front of the door clean. ❤️ We have a high-quality water filter system from LEOGANT. Fresh, filtered drinking water is at your disposal in glass bottles. The tap water is also of very good quality. Electric cars can be charged in our garage via the Tesla Wallbox with 11 kW. This is charged separately.
