Electrical terminal The space Beautiful and large (100 m2) accommodation with 2 bedrooms and 4 beds, in Vedène, municipality of Grand Avignon, 6 km from the Palais des Papes, in a protected wooded natural area, on top of a hill, facing Mont Ventoux (2000 m altitude) and the Dentelles de Montmirail. Description of premises: Entry is to the north down through a small garden. After a flight of local stone walking, you'll find the entrance to the accommodation on a wooden structure. It is the "north garden", an intimate little corner in the shade during the day, and bathed in light in the evening... The door passes through, a small room will allow you to drop off clothes and shoes. It is also a space that allows you to isolate yourself to work on a dedicated desk ( installed on request). From this room you will access a beautiful fully equipped kitchen. This large space can accommodate up to 8 guests for a gourmet menu or share a drink around board games. The kitchen opens onto an east-facing patio, perfect for breakfast with sunrise, in the shade of Aleppo pine trees. This terrace in the slope of the hill ( 30m of vertical drop) most often benefits from a slight breeze. From 3pm it is in the shade, ideal for a short nap and, in the evening, for dinner as a couple with the sunset view in the clouds. From the kitchen, a wide hallway leads to spaces for rest and fun. On the right a door opens to a pretty bathroom equipped with a bath, a sink and a bidet. On the left, the "red room", the smallest and most intimate. The hallway leads to two bedrooms separated by Japanese panels. When stored in the wall, this vast space of 50 m2 can serve as dance venues (it is planned to put a mud on the facet:-), Yoga, and reinforcements have been provided on the ceiling to install a pol dance bar, ... The first sleeping area is cleaner. The second, with its green space, bamboo bed and rock( !) is more natural. This second bedroom has a terrace, the "walkway", which runs along them and from where you can observe the landscape, a magical vision, especially at sunrise. The walkway and the"rock bed" open to the "south garden". This outdoor space is the largest. The rocks of the hill are exposed there, and we created a moss wall there. From this terrace, you can access a natural pool (shared with the owner and her 11-year-old daughter) and the roof terrace, where you can admire the entire valley, the flight of birds, and magnificent sunsets and moonrises. Enjoy! Guest access The common areas, shared only with the owners, are: the parking lot, the roof terrace, a loggia and the natural pool Other things to note Part of the decorations (graphic work and painting, African art, books, naturalia,... ) is for sale, do not hesitate to tell the owners ,:-) The specific invoice edition in addition to what you provide AirBnB is paid: 5E The electric terminal is no longer self-service, I have to send you a code to access it, remember to ask me before your arrival! It operates from 5 p.m. to 6 a.m. Its use is charged at 5 euros per charge + 30 cents/kWh. Visitors have reported to me a stain on the ceiling, a dead mosquito in a container, old traces of mold, parquet floors that are not completely joined, stairs that are too steep, dangerous spikes at the edge of the property, a squirrel making noise in the Aleppo pines (and pine cone waste on the terrace), water that is not clear enough, no keys on the bedroom doors, ashes in the mosquito repellent diffusers, and the list goes on... We are very accommodating and will always try to satisfy you, but if you are one of those people who only see what is wrong and make complaints about everything, please 🙏 choose a different destination than our vacation rental. Please note that if you see any "suspicious marks" on the sheets (our dear snails that climb on sheets dried in the open air, etc.) or slight marks on the mattresses (which personally I can't see), I'm here to change the sheets or give them a quick spray of dry cleaning agent, at any time of the day or night... Some things escape our notice, but we only want you to have the best stay possible. Thank you for your joie de vivre and your kindness and, above all, remember: you are with us to relax... 🙏 Registration Details 5005090
