Enjoy complete privacy with no shared spaces. Other things to note Pool & Spa Heating Policy (November – March) During the cooler months, pool and spa temperatures may vary due to weather. If you’d like guaranteed heating during your stay, we offer: • Pool & Spa Heating: $80/day • Spa Only: $40/day The pool and spa operate on a shared heater, so the pool requires a few days of advance heating to reach full temperature. Please notify us ahead of time if you’d like either option added to your stay. Once heated, the system can be controlled by the wall-mounted tablet inside the home. All other outdoor amenities, including the pickleball court, putting green, and sports areas, remain available year-round, though winter weather may occasionally affect accessibility.
