The space The flat has just been renovated, finely decorated with an excellent kitchen with a Cooktop stove, a bedroom with a super comfortable box bed (Hotel Standard) recently acquired during the renovation, an iron, a hairdryer, a bathroom with central water heating and a comfortable shower with water volume that will make your bath super relaxing. The apartment is cleaned daily by the maids, just put the notice outside the door requesting tidying up. Flat designed with an engineering that contemplates the characteristics of modern life, ideal for your Leisure or work trip, being the best flat in Londrina located in the noblest area of the city near bars, restaurants and market. Available (1) a parking space for car/truck in the Flat (Courtesy). I can provide a sofa bed in the living room if needed. The Flat has an excellent restaurant, considered one of the best in Londrina, and serves an excellent breakfast (not included in the daily rate). The Flat follows strict cleaning and sanitizing protocols due to the Covid-19 pandemic, from the common areas of the condominium to the apartment's internal areas. Guest access Available common areas containing Sauna, swimming pool and fitness center, restaurant, regardless of the period they are staying. One (1) unnumbered parking space is available, with easy access. On the ground floor, next to the reception, there is an excellent restaurant where meals, drinks and breakfast are served (Services not included in the daily rate and paid directly to the restaurant) Other things to note I provide bed/bath linens for my guests. Bath/face towels and bed linens are delivered clean to guests. - Excellent quality bed linens as well as bath and face towels - I provide liquid soap and alcohol gel in the bathroom sink - Bed linen will be replaced after 7 (seven) days. - Bath and face towels will be replaced every 3 days - The apartment is tidied and cleaned daily by the flat's maids, until 3 p.m. - Drawer with exclusive key for storing belongings
