Pet Friendly Property Guidelines • Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through • Pets must be on leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside • Pets must be crated / kenneled when left in the home alone • Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of • Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket / quilt) should the pet get onto furniture • Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and / or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines
