Located in one of the old high class neighborhood of Bucharest, the apartment is very cosy and peaceful, located 8 minutes away from the Floreasca lake where you can enjoy a nice walk, do a pick-nick, practice yoga in open air or do some jogging. This residential green area is surrounded by a beautiful lake, ideally located to be close to the center but away from the high traffic and noise. The space The apartment was renovated in July 2024 and is part of a two-story brick building constructed in the 1960s. Situated on an elevated ground floor with plenty of greenery around, the apartment stays cool during summer days and warm during winter, thanks to its individual heating system. The space The flat has a cozy bright living room and a big bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200). It also features a fully equipped kitchen and a modern beautiful bathroom. You will be provided with fresh towels and free toiletries such as soap and shower gel. This is a silent apartment and dark shades are provided for light sleepers. The flat has a self check in system (lockbox). Free WiFi is provided in the entire flat. - Clean sets of towels; - Sugar for coffee; - Clean sheets; - Coffee and tea; - Refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, hairdryer and a washing machine; I'm looking forward to welcoming you at my place! :) Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Guest access The apartment is a 20-minute walk from Dorobanti Square, a posh neighborhood with plenty of excellent dining and drinking options. A supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away, the bus station is 3 minutes away on foot, and the nearest metro station is an 18-minute walk from the apartment. From the airport you can take a taxi/ uber/ bolt that will be aprox. 12-15 euro and will be around 20-30 minutes depending on the traffic.
