Welcome to the U-Dist "Garden" House. Perfect for friends, families, and everyone exploring the UW and Seattle area. Traveling for a Seattle-area event? We are a 10 min walk to the UDist light rail station, connecting to SeaTac airport, Capitol Hill, downtown, Lumen Field and T-Mobile park (Climate Change Arena = light rail & monorail). Driving? We have a dedicated, free, off-street spot. We live here throughout the year, and you will find all the comforts you would enjoy at home. The space Main floor: Bedroom 1 - full size bed, closet, vanity Bedroom 2 - queen size bed, night stand, dresser, closet Full bathroom with deep soaking tub Open concept kitchen, dining area, and living area with TV Basement: Bedroom 3 - two twin beds, dresser, closet area Bedroom 4 - full size bed, night stand, desk, dresser The Cave - TV, couch, chair, mini-fridge Bathroom with large shower Washer/Dryer Guest access This rental includes the entire house, and patio. There are three storage areas that are secured with locks (garage, metal cabinet, cabinet in bedroom 2) and we ask guests to respect our privacy.
