Two bedrooms with A/C (King bed in one and Two twins in the other), one full bath and one half bath. The space Our townhome is attached only at the garage level, so there's plenty of light and airyness to enjoy and no neighbor noise. You arrive into the unit on the street level where our secure garage is. You then walk up front steps to the first level where our living room is located with high-ceilings & tall glass windows and tons of natural light. Our kitchen and dining area is two steps up and has a nice see-through look into the living area. Head up two steps to the first floor powder room then onward up to the second level where the two bedrooms are. The twin bedroom looks out into beautiful trees that overlook the street. Since this room is above the street you have really nice privacy. The main bedroom with the king bed is at the back of the house overlooking the back patio area. The full bath is accessible from the hallway and directly from the king bedroom. There are two additional nook type areas, one on the landing on the second floor where we have a puzzle for you to enjoy. On our third level there is a quiet space to study or use as an office area. It is just outside our master bedroom which is not accessible and is locked off. No children under 12 years old. Only 4 guests allowed. This is our private home that we are willing to share with others who want to treat it with care. We have nice furniture and amentities and we expect people to treat them well. If you aren't that type of person please choose another place to stay. Guest access Guests are welcome to use our amazing home on the first two levels which is where the kitchen, living room and two bedrooms are in addition to one full bath and a powder room. You also have access to our third level study area but our master bedroom area is locked off from guests. This is our primary home when we are in Seattle and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Other things to note There are quite a few stairs to climb. If you have trouble climbing this wouldn't be a good rental for you. There's one set from the ground to the living/kitchen level from the street then another set up to the bedrooms.
