Bedroom 2: Two single beds with plenty of storage and blackout curtains. Bedroom 3: Single bed with a spacious wardrobe and black out curtains. ✨ Additional Information for Your Stay ✨ 🛋 Sofa Bed Linen Fee – If you’d like to use the sofa bed, there is a small linen fee of £14.50. This covers the extra laundry and housekeeping required to prepare it. ⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out – Subject to availability, we can offer early arrivals or later departures at £20 per hour. Just let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange this with our housekeeping team. 👶 Family Pack – Travelling with children? We can provide a high chair and travel cot (please bring your own sheets) for £19.95 per stay. LIVING AREA: Large L-shaped sofa bed that can sleep two guests, 55-inch smart TV, blackout curtains, and stylish LED fireplace. KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The modern, fully stocked kitchen has everything needed for both short and long stays, including a dining table that seats up to 8. It also features a convenient air conditioning unit and access to the laundry room with a washer/dryer, a downstairs toilet, and extra storage. OUTDOOR SPACE: The spacious back garden, regularly maintained, is perfect for relaxation with ample seating and greenery to enjoy. PERFECT FOR GROUPS & LONGER STAYS: With full amenities and plenty of space, this property is ideal for families, groups, and long-term guests. SAFETY & SECURITY FEATURES: For added peace of mind, the property is equipped with CCTV that faces the front and back of the house. We also have a noise decibel monitor to maintain a quiet and comfortable environment for all guests and neighbours, without recording specific sounds. HOUSE RULES: To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please observe the following: - No parties, smoking, or loud noise - quiet hours after 9 pm to respect neighbors. - No pets allowed to keep the property clean for all guests. - Check-in after 3 pm and check-out by 10 am to allow for thorough cleaning. CHECK-IN DETAILS: Self-check-in is available anytime after 3 pm via Lockbox We ensure the property will be spotless and fully ready for your stay. This process helps us maintain a safe and high-quality experience for all guests. NOTE: Bookings where the required pre-check-in steps have not been completed may be cancelled. ✨ OPTIONAL EXTRAS Looking for a little more flexibility or convenience?
