Brand new - Rice fields - Walk to beach

All villa water (showers, sink) is filtered and safe for drinking. This was important for our family. We built this villa for our surfing family of four. Finished in June 2024. Brand new! We include daily cleaning and 1 free airport transfer (with 6+ nights stays). Walk to beach and everything Kedungu offers. Yet convenient for Canggu, Tanah Lot and all areas of Bali. Best area to avoid traffic and noise. We also have baby cot, baby bath, high chair and pool fence for free upon demand. The space All our spaces ( living room, bedrooms etc ) are enclosed with windows / doors that can be opened. They all have Air Conditioning. We include daily villa cleaning depending on your availability and preferences by our villa attendant. Our villa manager schedules with you the cleaning at your convenience. He can also help you with laundry and other needs. Fast wifi – 92 Mbps Villa is part of 4 villa complex. There is car parking at the villa complex and car access to about 20m away from the villa. There is scooter parking at the villa. The villa has 2 bedrooms with queen beds. We also have a baby cot. Each bedroom has an en-suite private bathroom with a shower. Each bedroom has a 43-inch flat-screen screen smart-TV . Each bedroom has a 120cm wide desk with a convenient plug for a laptop. There is a kitchen/dining room/living room area with a gas 2-burner stove, full-size fridge, and all the basics. It is well equipped with a toaster, tea kettle, pots, pans, knives, wine glasses, cooking tools etc. It has cement counter tops. We have a fridge and freezer. There is a private 10m long by 3m wide pool in the yard for your usage only and available 24 hours per day. There is also an outdoor shower and feet rinse area. Guest access The entire space is full of lights and with amazing views of the rice fields (and the sea far away). We also have a roof terrace for amazing sunset views equipped with table and lounge area. There are gardens and field views everywhere. The yard gate locks with a key as well. For beach/surf : Kedungu Beach is a 11-min walk/ 1 min by scooter. There are a few cafes and restaurants walking distance in Kedungu ( about 3 to 5 min walking). Pereranan is 16 min by scooter or car. Batu Bolong beach in Canggu and Old Men are 25min by scooter. Other things to note If you stay at least 6 nights with us we will pay for 1 airport pickup and 1 airport drop off. If you need more or if you stay shorter and would still like the transfer please organize directly with our drive who will be introduced to you by chat and pay him directly please. Location Villa is 10 min walk from Kedungu Beach walking. 1 minute by scooter. We chose the location of the villa to match what people imagine Bali to be. It is about 20-30 minutes away from Canggu, where you can find a lot of bars, restaurants and shops. However while there are a handfull of amazing restaurans , cafes and bars walking distance, the villa is in a Balinese village, quiet, beautiful and charming, facing rice fields an with a sea view in the distance. At sunrise you can see the rice paddies with the volcano in the background. Sunset is just in front of the villas. A few places we love walking distance: 1. The best restaurant in Kedungu , Little Ripper, is 2 minutes away walking. 2. Downtown Kedungu ( Mexican restaurant) also 2 minutes. 3. Beach Love - an ocean front bean bag , with drinks and food, geared towards sunset viewing 10 minutes. 4. Ambu at Nirjhara, 12 min walk away - 5 star hotel and restaurant A little further places we love, a few minutes by scooter away: 5. Pepito supermarket Buwit (15min away) 6. Pharmacy Apotek iFarma Belalang (4 min away) 7. HaloKedungu ( Chinese restaurant with noodles and raviolis) 8. Pigstone Taphouse ( bar and club , 7 min away) 9. Bali Beach Glamping restaurant ( beach front resort with nice pool for kids and restaurant) A little further but authentic Balinese restaurants: 10. Kedai Binggo - pork restaurant which also offers chicken , french fries etc (15 min away) 11. Babi Guling Jero Kawan ( 23 min , Babiguling restaurant). 12. Warung Cantik (Seafood restaurant, Balinese style, 19 min) 13. Cliffange Restaurant Bali ( 20min) And of course: Downtown Canggu : 35 min away Batu Bolong Beach , for parties, 39 min away And further away: Jatiluwih rice paddies 1h15min Ubud 1h20 min away Breakfast We are happy to offer you breakfast for 100,000 IDR ( about $7). Please pick from our breakfast menu (see another document that was / will be shared with you around your arrival). However to be honest Little Ripper breakfast is by far the best in town an it is 2 min walk away. Outdoor shower We have an outdoor shower. Feel free to enjoy the outdoor shower. In addition please do use it to wash the sand off before you enter the pool or the villa. Villa manager This is our little family villa. We live in New York. Therefore we are only available roughly during day-time New York time zone. We have organized a local villa manager and villa attendant who will be happy to help as you as needed. They can help with also recommendations, rentals, lessons etc Cleaning Our villa attendant will come every day. He will make you breakfast if you so wish and will clean the villa daily. If there are any non urgent maintenance problems please inform him or her. Laundry Our villa attendant will be happy to take any laundry you need done and get it washed. It usually takes 3-4 days for the laundry to come back. The attendant will provide you receipt so that you can give him cash, please in IDR, for the washing. It is typically inexpensive, around 70,000 IDR for a hamper full ( about 4 USD). Driver with car We include in our villa reservation the airport pickup and drop off (with 6+ nights stays). In addition we have a driver with nice cars who would be happy to be available for hire. He can be hired for ½ day, full day, full week or longer. Please discuss with the driver who picks you up from the airport if you wish to hire them, and hire and pay them directly please. Villa water To keep our family as safe as possible we have installed filtration for ALL the villa water. That means that the shower water, bathroom sink water, kitchen sink water are all fully filtered and rated as potable. We use it for everything except for drinking. We still recommend buying drinking water from the bottle just as an additional extra precaution. Registration Details NIB: 1104220022626
