The price of swimming + sauna tickets is: - Ticket: 60,000 VND. - Monthly ticket: 1,000,000 VND. The price of gym + sauna ticket is: - Ticket: 100,000 VND. - Monthly ticket: 1,000,000 VND. The price of swimming + sauna + gym ticket is: - Ticket: 120,000 VND. - Monthly ticket: 1,500,000 VND. ✅️Outdoor cinema (free of charge according to the Building's non-fixed schedule on weekends). ✅️Outdoor BBQ area with tables, chairs, sinks, grills (pre-registration) is completely free. ✴️ In the courtyard of the Building there is an outdoor play area for children. Guest access 🏠 The entire studio apartment has the functions of: bedroom, bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, washing machine and balcony. - High-speed (300 Mbps) and stable wifi: you can comfortably watch movies, play games, make video calls, have online meetings... Other things to note 💰 The rent includes all costs related to the apartment, including: electricity, water, internet, service fee/management fee of the Building... 💰 The rental price does not include personal consumption expenses. Shampoo/shower gel/soap/toothpaste/toilet paper are prepared once upon check-in, you can buy them as needed at the shops on the 1st floor of the Building. 💰 The cleaning fee upon request during the stay is: 150,000 VND/ time (equivalent to nearly 6 USD/ time).
