The living room will be an excellent, well-lit work area and you will have a Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine with complimentary capsules and herbal teas. The apartment is equipped with cupboards, wastebaskets, and disinfecting products. The sheets, towels, and bathrobes are 100% cotton, offering maximum softness. The kitchen includes dishes, glassware, and appliances such as a ceramic stovetop, extractor fan, washing machine, refrigerator, and freezer, so you can prepare your meals with ease. Guest access Services and Rates: SHUTTLE SERVICE - We offer private car transportation for our guests, both short and long distances. You must notify us of your journey and pick-up time at least 48 hours in advance. The price may vary depending on the route and will be determined before the transfer. CLEANING SERVICE - If you require additional cleaning during your stay, including changing sheets, towels, and restocking basic toiletries, just let us know. EARLY CHECK-IN - If available, you can use the apartment from 10:00 a.m. Price: Half of the established rate per night/stay for that same day. LATE CHECK-OUT - If available, you can extend your check-out time until 3:00 p.m. Price: Half of the established rate per night/stay for that same day. Other things to note LOST OR BROKEN KEYS, OR FORGOTTEN KEYS INSIDE - There is a €50 penalty for the loss or breakage of any of the apartment keys. - If an emergency locksmith needs to be called to address an issue beyond our control, guests will be responsible for paying for the incident. LIGHTS OR AIR CONDITIONING ON WHEN CHECK OUT If lights or air conditioning are left on when leaving the apartment, a €5 fee will apply. SMOKE-FREE SPACE - There is a €60 penalty for smoking inside the apartment. - If ozone deodorization systems or extraordinary textile laundry are required due to smoking, these costs will also be added as a charge.
