The space The apartment has a beautiful cozy bedroom with a king size bed and a dedicated workspace. In the main room, there is bartable for two, lounge chair with a bookshelf, cozy sofa area with TV. There’s a small but well equipped kitchen as well. In the hall, there’s a bathroom. Flat is located on the third floor and there’s an elevator in the building. Guest access You’ll enter the building with the code, follow the instructions sent by us and you can check in anytime within the check in hours. Other things to note Dear guests. We ask you kindly to follow our house rules so you or the other guests can have great stay in our apartments. - Night peace From 23:00 to 8:00 When disrupting night peace or if we receive any complaints we charge fee of 100€ - No smoking In all the apartments and the whole building as well - No loud music Please respect the peace of other tenants in the building
