Turn off water to the unit. The water turn-off for the unit is located in the Master Bedroom closet and should be clearly marked! Please turn this to the off position 2. Drain water from pipes (after water is turned off)– turn on any spigot (kitchen, bathroom) and wait until water drains out. 3. Turnoff hot water heater– Electrical panel in hallway- circuit breaker labeled for hot water heater 4. Make sure ALL the windows are closed– especially in winter! Winter protocols: 1. The following thermostats can be turned off: ∙ a. MudRoom b. second bedroom(if heat is off, leave this door open), Kitchen kick heater, 2. Set the following thermostats to 55 degrees : a. Main room/Living Room b. Bedroom o c. Both Bathrooms 3. Leave washer/dryer door ajar; 4. open cabinet doors below kitchen and bathroom sinks (ensure air circulation to these areas while heat is turned down) 5. Make sure all windows are closed 6. Propane heater leave on but turn down to lowest setting (used as a backup if needed) 7. No sodium chloride-rock salt should ever be used on Pads, walkways, stairs or decks 8. No Trailers are to be parked in the parking spaces (i.e. skimobile, motorcycle, boat) 9. Gas Grill must be 10 ft away from the building while in use 10. NO TRASH is to be left outside 11. Dumpster is located at the bottom of the hill, leading to the pickle ball courts/club (closed for the winter) Guest access You will be sent your personal code for the automatice door lock.
