Located on a private road that leads to the beach, it's a 6 minute walk to one of the most consistent surf breaks in the world and a 7 minute walk to Bodhi Tree Yoga resort. Also walking distance to many shops and restaurants. No rental car needed. Perfect for surfers, yogis and families enjoying the pristine beauty of Nosara. Come relax in this jungle paradise. The home is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom stand alone house with a ton of natural light and an outdoor covered patio with a lush tropical garden and jungle views from the bedrooms. There are tons of floor to ceiling windows that offer jungle views throughout. There is a full kitchen with counter seating and dining table outside on the covered patio, living area and a half bathroom on the first floor with ceiling fans and air conditioning in the kitchen and living room. The 2 air conditioned bedrooms and full bathroom are on the second floor. We have 2 outdoor decks, one small one in the master bedroom and the other close to the 2nd bedroom. The two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom can be converted into a King bed. There is a washer and dryer in the home for your use. We have a steel door bodega to hold valuables and the home has an alarm system and is monitored by a local security team. The home is situated on a secluded pathway to the beach, surrounded by a couple of other beautiful homes and wonderful neighbors. It is quite private yet close to every amenity Playa Guiones offers! K Section in Playa Guiones is a centralized neighborhood, it is a 6 min walk to the surf beach on a private path, main street and Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort. The main road offers yoga, restaurants, live music, massage studios and organic markets. The home is walking distance to the beach and main road via nature trails, no need to walk on the main road. LOCAL QUIRKS - IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS AREA OF COSTA RICA While the infrastructure in Costa Rica is improving, it is highly likely that you will experience dust, bugs, mold, power, water and internet outages at some point during your stay. We consider it part of the fun of experiencing another country and culture. All of these issues are beyond the control of the homeowner and the management company and may come without advance notice. If having internet access is imperative during your visit, we recommend you research internet data plans available to you through your cellular provider. The Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada and surrounding areas of Nosara are rapidly growing communities. As such, much of the area will have noise from construction typically between the hours of 6am and 5pm. We do our best to update our properties impacted by construction, however, we are not always provided advance notice of a project. The septic system in the Nosara area does not permit flushing of toilet paper with few exceptions. If you have any questions at all, please contact us in advance of booking your stay as refunds and concessions will not be given for any of the reasons above as they are beyond the control of the homeowner and property manager.
