We strive to create a clean and comfortable environment, and we will be professionally cleaning the common areas every two weeks. Due to the nature of the listing being a private room in a shared house, the level of cleanliness may vary, depending on the guest that you'll be paired with during your stay. Please let us know if there are any issues with the other tenants. Extending your stay is possible and feel free to reach us when you need to stay longer. Our property offers a coin-operated washer and dryer within the building for guests' use. Please note that the amount of coins required depends on the laundry you're doing. We do not provide coins.
