Description
The Roll Inn is a very unique home. Having been built in 1870 it was built 44 years after Grand Rapids was founded. The home was originally a barn but was converted to a house in 1873 after the cathedral of St Mary’s was built . The house is located downtown and is in an area that currently is developing . One street over is bridge street . Bridge is a designated entertainment area with many new restaurants and brewery. Come check it out !!!! The space The Roll Inn is very unique. It’s a very old house that has been updated. I’ve created a evolving transportation theme on the front of the house. Guest have a nice front porch to sit relax and socialize with a cold beverage. There is a lot of foot traffic and it’s fun to people watch and socialize from that area of the home. The neighborhood is very friendly and it’s easy to make new friends that will be happy to tell you about some of the hot spots downtown . Guest access Guest have their own private area of the house with private entry. There is a private bathroom . Other things to note Fun area . Quick access to all parts of downtown by foot. Visit the Gerald R Ford presidential Museum two blocks away or the public museum 4 blocks away . Grand River is two blocks from home.
