The space Located in Grand Baie in an estate just completed at the end of 2024 of 20 secure apartments with caretaker, the Akoya penthouse on the ground floor offers elevator access directly into the living room. Its 600 m2 surface area offers an exceptional setting for a stay where charm and serenity combine harmoniously. Upon your arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by our reception hostess, who will take the time to introduce you to the villa and all its features (TV, Wi-Fi, etc.). Upon arrival in the living room by the private elevator, a breathtaking view of the Grand Baie lagoon is offered to you. Bathed in natural light, this 5-meter-high ceiling space is air-conditioned, equipped with a TV, and enhanced by elegant Roche Bobois furniture. The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, is extended by a discreetly adjoining back kitchen. A truly functional laundry room, it has a second refrigerator and all the necessary maintenance for your daily comfort. The living room then opens onto a large 300 m² terrace, designed as a real outdoor living room. You will discover a second open kitchen with sink, plancha and refrigerator as well as a shaded dining area, cooled by two ceiling fans, ideal for your alfresco lunches and dinners. Outside, everything invites you to relax, the lounges around the pool, reeds, Roche Bobois sofa in the shade for a moment of calm, and a second sunny seating area, and the sunbathing perfect for enjoying every moment under the Mauritian sky. The penthouse has four air-conditioned bedrooms, three with double beds and one with three single beds. All are equipped with ceiling fans, spacious walk-in closets and their own private bathroom with walk-in shower. Three of them also have direct access to a private terrace. One of the suites is distinguished by an exclusive bathroom, offering a double shower and a hammam, for a wellness break worthy of the most beautiful establishments. For your comfort, the bedding is high-end, we provide bed linen, as well as branded bath linens and beach towels, a guarantee of quality and well-being. Outside, the private salt-heated infinity pool, measuring 9 x 3 meters with a depth of 1.40 meters, offers breathtaking views of Grand Baie Bay. Ideal for moments of absolute relaxation! Every detail of this villa is designed for your comfort and entertainment: a connected TV with IPTV (+1000 global channels) in the living room and in one of the master bedrooms. In addition, the dressing room in the master suite is equipped with a safe to secure your valuables. Within the residence, you will also enjoy a communal pool, a fully equipped gym and a space dedicated to massages (booking a masseuse to be agreed with Lorie), for moments of absolute well-being. To make your arrival easier, we provide you with essential products to start your stay with peace of mind. You will find a bottle of water in the refrigerator to refresh yourself, as well as the following items: salt, pepper, sugar, tea, dishwashing liquid, sponge, hand soap, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Shower gel and shampoo will also be available throughout your stay. These little touches are provided so you can enjoy your stay immediately. However, it will then be up to you to complete these items according to your needs (toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, coffee, laundry detergent). During your stay, you will have a full maintenance service. The villa is kept in an impeccable condition thanks to the cleaning lady Annabelle, who comes 3 times a week, as well as the pool attendant, who comes once a week. If needed, our maintenance service, provided by Noah, will be available to respond quickly to any technical request. The villa is ideally located to cater all your needs as soon as you arrive. Just a 7-minute drive (3 km) away, you will find the Super U shopping center, Pain et Moulin, a very good bakery, and 6 minutes (2.4 km) away, the La Croisette shopping center, which houses an Intermarché and many shops. These two shopping areas offer everything you need for shopping, whether it's groceries, fresh produce, or other amenities. As far as the beaches are concerned, you are close to several of the most beautiful beaches on the island: • Grand Baie Beach: 6-minute drive (2.8 km). • Pereybère Beach: 10-minute drive (5.2 km). • Bain Bœuf Beach: 14-minute drive (7.1 km). • Mont Choisy Beach: 4-minute drive (2.4 km). • Trou aux Biches Beach: 11 minutes' drive (6 km). For heritage lovers, the iconic Notre-Dame Auxiliatrice de Cap Malheureux church, and its iconic red roof, is just a 19-minute drive (9 km). A private beach is also available for swimming or relaxing in the sun. Finally, you will enjoy a wide selection of restaurants and bakeries nearby, all within walking distance. To ensure your comfort and optimal organization, check-in is between 2pm and 7pm, but depending on the departures of the day before, it can be advanced from 9am in agreement with our hostess. Check-out, meanwhile, is scheduled for 11am to allow us to prepare the villa with care for the next visitors. These flexible hours are designed to give you a most enjoyable experience. However, we recommend renting a car that we can book for you, so that you can enjoy these amenities to the fullest and explore the area with ease.
