Upon your arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by our hostess, who will take the time to introduce you to the villa and all its features (TV, Wi-Fi, etc.). Upon arrival in the living room by private elevator, a breathtaking view of the Grand Baie lagoon is available to you. Bathed in natural light, this 5-meter-high space is air-conditioned, equipped with a TV, and enhanced by elegant Roche Bobois furniture. The American kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, is extended by a discreetly adjoining back kitchen. A true functional laundry room, it has a second refrigerator and everything you need for your daily comfort. The living room then opens onto a vast terrace of 300 m², designed as a real outdoor living room. You will discover a second open kitchen with sink, plancha and refrigerator as well as a shaded dining area, refreshed by two ceiling fans, ideal for your lunches and dinners in the open air. Outside, everything invites you to relax, the lounges around the pool, reeds, Roche Bobois sofa in the shade for a moment of calm, and a second sunny lounge area, and sunbathing perfect to enjoy every moment under the Mauritian sky. The penthouse has four air-conditioned bedrooms, three with double beds and one with three single beds. To make your arrival easier, we provide you with essential products to start your stay with peace of mind. You will find a bottle of water in the refrigerator to refresh you, as well as the following items: salt, pepper, sugar, tea, dishwashing liquid, sponge, hand soap, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Shower gel and shampoo will also be available throughout your stay. These little touches are provided to allow you to immediately enjoy your stay. However, it will be up to you to complete these items according to your needs (toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, coffee, laundry). During your stay, you will enjoy a full maintenance service. The villa is maintained in impeccable condition thanks to the housekeeper Annabelle coming 3 times a week, as well as the pool attendant who comes once a week. If necessary, our maintenance service, provided by Noah, will be available to respond quickly to any technical request. The villa is ideally located to meet all your needs as soon as you arrive. Just a 7-minute drive (3 km) away you will find the Super U shopping center, Pain et Moulin, a very good bakery, and 6 minutes (2.4 km) away, the La Croisette shopping center, which houses an Intermarché and many shops. These two shopping areas offer all the essentials for your shopping, whether it's groceries, fresh produce or other amenities.
