Chalés da Tia Maria are the perfect choice for couples seeking simplicity. We are located just a 10-minute walk to the beach (entrance 06) and close to all local shops, restaurants, pharmacy and grocery stores. We do not have services and it is necessary to bring bed and bath linens. Please read all the information before making your reservation request The space Our space is located in a very busy area of Maresias and is like a residential complex, where we have a total of six chalets. Each cottage is independent and arranged as follows: the bedroom and bathroom are on the upper floor, and the living room, kitchen and service area are on the ground floor. The bedroom is very bright and airy, has a standard double bed, air-conditioning, a bathroom and a small balcony. The kitchen and living room are on the lower floor. The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils such as pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, stove with oven and refrigerator. There is also a small service area with a washing machine and a place to hang clothes. The living room has a TV, ceiling fan and a sofa. Parking is gated and has one space per chalet. The voltage on site is 220v, but in the room there is an identified 110v outlet. The environment is family-friendly, so we do not accept parties or the use of loud sound equipment at any time. Guest access Our location is a distinguishing characteristic, ideal for those who do not want to use a car or for those who come by bus. In ten minutes on foot, you reach the beach and on the way you'll find all kinds of shops and amenities. Other things to note Please be aware that our property does not offer services. Basic items such as toilet paper, detergent, and matches are provided upon your arrival. These items are complimentary and replacements or refills are not included. All other items must be brought by the guest, as well as bed and bath linens. In case of loss or damage to the keys, a fee of R$ 40 will be charged. IMPORTANT: Requests to change the date of the reservation will be accepted only once.
