Nearby lakes and rivers are perfect for kayaking, and fishing. There are many hiking trails nearby. While you'll feel blissfully removed from the hustle and bustle, Cloud View Escape is extremely easy to get to via well-maintained roads. It's off the beaten path, yet only 20 minutes to great food and drinks in charming towns like North Adams, Williamstown and Wilmington. Close to local attractions such as Mass MoCA Museum, and just a 30-minute drive to Mount Snow, making it an ideal base for ski trips. Getting Here: The house is located in the Green Mountains and cell phone service can be spotty. Please make sure to load the location into your GPS prior to leaving your house! If you are booking your stay during the winter months, we suggest you come in an AWD vehicle. Though the driveway will be plowed, it can still be difficult to navigate Vermont mountain roads with snowfall. Guest access The house and 6 acre property are accessible to our guests. A portion of the basement is accessible via a staircase, which is where you will find the washing and drying machines.
