Kitnet in Amaralina overlooking the beautiful sea. The beach is 1 minute away from the building. In the vicinity, we have the famous Largo das Baianas de Amaralina, a small square, simple restaurants, a greengrocer, pharmacies, a car repair shop, a gas station, a seamstress, a health center (5 minutes), clinics (5 minutes), a nursing home, a church, a Novo Mix Supermarket (1 minute), a bike shop, a bazaar and a hairdresser next to the building. For those who like to ride the bus, there is a bus stop on both sides of the street! The space The kitnet space is cozy. Right now, there is a problem with the kitchen cabinet door. I don't have a TV in the property, for now. Guest access Guests can walk around the inside of the building. Rotating parking in front of the building. Closed street. Many guests prefer to bring their own bed and bath linens. If you need any, please don't hesitate to reach out.
