The space This one-story historic home has an open floor plan designed to maximize every space of this 912 sq/foot gem off Mass Ave! The master bedroom has a brand new, very comfortable and tall king size bed. You can also enjoy storing items in both nightstands as well as the closet and racks to the right of the bedroom. In the left side closet you'll find my clothes :) The second bedroom has a queen Murphy bed that pulls down to maximize space, enjoy the storage in the dresser located within this room. The kitchen comes fully equipped with cooking ware, plates and glasses for up to 8 guests! Enjoy the amenities of a toaster, built in coffee maker, and dishwasher. The outside patio is perfect for entertaining! The built in gas grill and fireplace are one of the amenities you can enjoy while spending time outdoors, at night, simply turn on the lights (by pressing the on/off feature in remote control located in kitchen) and enjoy a fun evening in the patio! Grill utensils are located in the kitchen. Indy bike sharing station is directly across the house to hop and explore the city, and the electric vehicles are also within 2 minutes walking distance in case you need to use the IndyBlue line. Free street parking is available across the house and around it. It is first come/first serve. Weekends tends to fill up fast though. If you're looking for garage parking in downtown Indy, this home has it! It is a 1 sized small car garage that will comfortably fit small to medium sized vehicles. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, patio and yard. As well as the one car garage. Other things to note There are four exterior security cameras on this property. Two in the front porch, one in the back patio, a fourth by the alley/garage for your safety and insurance purposes. The master bedroom king bed is very comfortable but sits tall! This home has three outdoor security cameras; one is on the front porch, the second overlooks the back patio and the third points at the garage door and monitors the garage door/alley. If you have any concerns with privacy, please inquire before booking. House is exposed to wonderful rays of sun, so keeping the blinds closed during the day helps keep home cool throughout your stay.
