This historic stone house, over 100 years old, is one of the first residences in San Teodoro, with a splendid view sheltered from the winds. Today it has been renovated and expanded with taste and modern style overlooking the sea and the island of Tavolara. A few minutes by car you can enjoy the renowned beaches of San Teodoro. The water in the house is not potable but is disinfected regularly. It is suitable for cooking and personal hygiene. For your arrival, we provide you with bottles of water, and additional supplies will be charged to the customer. Pets are not allowed on the property.
