As well as professionally decorated by Windsor Dalton - @windsordaltondesigns. You will have the entire 2nd &3rd floor unit. There is one other unit (1st floor) which is also an Airbnb. In addition to this property, we have a property located 4 houses away which has been an Airbnb for 1.5 years. We have "Super Host" status and over 90+ 5-star reviews. We have a newly completed parking area in the back of the house, we are able to offer you 2 spots. Please be mindful that no cars overhang onto the sidewalks. Church Street has free, first come, first serve parking. There is normally no issue finding a spot. Guest access Guest will have access to the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building, including front door and backdoor access. The front door is shared for both units, an additional interior door will be your private access to the unit. Other things to note We have a newly completed parking area in the back of the house, we are able to offer you 2 spots. Your spots will be farthest from the home (all the way to the right) please be mindful that no cars overhang onto the sidewalks. Please note we have no video surveillance on the property. There is one closet in the 1st floor hallway (outside both units) that is locked and contains cleaning supplies for the cleaning staff. The two lower cabinets on the backside of the kitchen island are also locked for supplies. On the Third-floor the closet with the double doors is also locked with extra linens for the cleaning staff.
