Modern Stylish Studio is part of a traditional Maltese townhouse located centrally, just off the coast, with a good transport hub, from where you can easily reach all important spots of Malta by public transport! Sliema and Valletta are only 5-10 minutes away. Restaurants, bars, and food stores are all nearby. The swimming spot is only 10- 15 minutes walking distance. FREE coffee, tea, shampoo, shower gel, towels, and linens are also provided! The space The studio forms a part of a traditional Maltese townhouse. It is located on the second floor, has its own privacy, bathroom, kitchenette, balcony. IMPORTANT! Please note, that there is NO LIFT, but the stairs are wide and comfortable. The Studio is designed for 2 people and has all you need for a comfortable stay. It is perfect for those who would like to rest after a day of exploring Malta and its sister Island Gozo. It is located centrally and it is easy to discover the Island by transport or car. Also, as an option, if you want to rest from transport, you walk down the coast, and you have all there, bars, restaurants, and a coast to walk through and enjoy your evening. There are many nice bars in T'axbiex Marina with live music (not all days) with a view of Valletta, which is also a spot for swimming. The parking is available for free on a 1st come 1st serve basis near the building or neighborhood streets. The studio is well designed and has a quality mattress on a double bed, with linens manually ironed for each guest. A kitchenette with appliances such as a microwave, kettle, and coffee maker, also a private bathroom/shower, and a wardrobe, TV, and air conditioning. There is a small balcony facing traditional Maltese townhouses and since we are in the historical part of the city, you can enjoy a side view of the typical cathedral and Maltese townhouses with their traditional balconies and roofs with their imperfection but a truly authentic Maltese character and athmosphere. Apart from being a nice place, we guarantee high-quality preparation before your arrival, with disinfection and cleaning from one guest to another and we keep it as a priority same as the safety and comfort of the place. The accommodation is not fit for people with a wheelchair and those who cannot take stairs. There is an obligatory government ECO tax of 0.50 cents per night for the person (maximum of EUR 5.00 per person). This government tax is OBLIGATORY and is to be collected from tourists by owners during their stay. The payment is to be left in cash or to be paid via Airbnb payments separately.
