Ideal for solo travelers or couples, this self-contained space has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Step inside to a bright, cozy space with modern touches throughout. The studio features a comfortable ENDY double mattress, perfect for a restful night’s sleep after a day in the city. Relax with a good book or enjoy your favorite shows on the TV with Netflix and Prime. Blackout blinds and curtains help ensure a peaceful sleep. A standout feature is the beautiful clawfoot bathtub with shower—great for unwinding after a long day. We also provide natural, toxin-free shampoo and conditioner from Rocky Mountain Soap Company for a spa-like touch. The kitchenette is compact but well-equipped with a mini fridge, sink, two-burner cooktop, and microwave—ideal for preparing breakfast or light meals. We’re located just a short walk from the Italian Centre and Spinelli’s Café, offering delicious food, espresso, and gourmet groceries. Public transit is only a block away, making it easy to explore the city. Laundry facilities are available in the basement (coin-operated) for your convenience. Guest access Guest access is this 2nd floor micro-apartment with it’s own bathroom. Other things to note There are other units in this building and the sound does carry so we ask that there are quiet hours from 10pm - 8am. There is free street parking right out front EXCEPT during major Stadium events (football games and concerts - which aren’t that often). If you’re here during these events you’ll have to park a few blocks over just for the hours of the event. Please note we do not have air conditioning and this is a 2nd story suite so it does get quite warm in the summer months. However, we provide a fan, and if you open windows at night and run the fan it will cool off significantly. Check in is 3pm (or anytime after), and checkout is 11am. Thank you for understanding that we cannot accommodate early check ins or late checkouts as we need the time in between guests to clean and prep the suite.
