Relax in this special and peaceful shared apartment (2-room basement apartment) with a beautiful view. This freshly renovated space includes a 17 sqm room for rent. You will share the bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a young lady. Always fresh: bed linen, towels, soap, coffee, tea, milk, sugar, and more. The space Your room is freshly renovated and newly furnished with a 140 cm double bed and a brand-new sofa bed, which can be extended to 140 x 188 cm and made up for a third guest. You will share the bathroom and kitchen. You will find: • Fresh bed linen and towels • Essential supplies for the first few days, such as toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, and bath/shower gel. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes: • Spices, sugar, and salt • A coffee machine, freshly filled with beans This is a 2-room shared apartment until the end of April. After that, it will be converted back into a 53 sqm holiday apartment. During the shared apartment period, the bathroom, kitchen, and terrace are shared. The apartment has a separate entrance (basement unit). Please note: It is not wheelchair accessible. Key collection is available anytime via a small key box next to the apartment door (see photos). The code for the key box will be provided shortly before arrival. Children: If a child sleeps in the bed and does not need separate bedding, there is no need to list them. If the child uses the sofa bed, please register them as a third guest. There is no cleaning service during your stay, but all necessary supplies are available for self-cleaning. Location: Aarbergen-Michelbach is centrally located, about: • 25 minutes by car from Idstein, Limburg, and Taunusstein • 40 minutes from Wiesbaden • 1 hour from Frankfurt and Koblenz For unloading, you can park in the turning circle on Pestalozziweg. For long-term parking, please use the main road in front of Pestalozziweg. Welcome! 🌺 Guest access The shared apartment has a separate entrance. The entrance to the apartment is the one without a gate! It is not wheelchair accessible. There is a small key box at the apartment door; the code will be provided through the system. Check-in is possible any time from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. During your stay You can reach me anytime via my phone number or through this platform. Other things to note Aarbergen is located in a rural area, and the apartment is situated on a hill. It is easily accessible by car but more challenging with public transportation. Bus services are minimal in the evening and not available at night. In the Michelbach district, there is a bakery, while Lidl, Rewe, a beverage store, an ice cream shop, a kebab place, and a pizzeria are nearby. There are restaurants in Kettenbach, which is just a 3-5 minute drive away. Frankfurt is about a 1-hour drive from the location! Enjoy your stay in a peaceful setting with a stunning panoramic view.
