Ideal house to spend a few quiet days, surrounded by light and silence in a very well located village (an hour from the airport, the beach, or the nearest capitals). Arrangement of a lot of private space (large bedroom and bathroom) including a large terrace, plus a garden of common use to enjoy the rest, vegetation or the company of the house cats: Hidalgo and Traspié. The space This is a single-family house arranged in several floors. In total it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet, in addition to a kitchen, living room, basement, garden, terrace and two balconies. It is a quite spacious and picturesque house, so the stay is pleasant due to the relief of the spaces and the tranquility of the area. Aesthetically maintains a British style given that its previous owners reformed it that way. In addition, it maintains its rough old house structure, with original stone walls and unpolished handmade finishes or its exposed wooden beams. In addition, the house heating system is via wood stove (in the basement) or pellet stove (in the kitchen) which creates the perfect atmosphere for winter seasons. Guest access The common areas and amenities offered are varied: - Salon - bookstore: where I keep an important collection of books (mostly in Spanish, some in English), graphic novels or comics. Perfect for taking shelter on the sofa and getting lost reading. - Kitchen with American bar, dining table and terrace access One of the best spaces in the house for its light and the arrangement of the space. - Basement - studio: this space is common even though it's where I usually find myself working. It is a spacious space, where several sofas are grouped in front of the wood stove. From here we have access to the garden where, depending on the season, we can enjoy different vegetables or fruits such as: tomatoes, zucchini, pomegranates, raspberries, lemon or oranges. Also, here you will find the huge cactus that give my home name. -In addition, you can always check with me in case you need local references or recommendations: best restaurants, means of transport, etc. I speak Fluid English so communication should not be a problem. During your stay My interaction with guests will be limited to the time of delivery and receipt of keys. In case guests have needs or inquiries I will be happy to be able to facilitate their stay as much as possible. Other things to note On this property: -Smoking is not allowed. The only sites enabled for it are the garden or the private terrace. -It is not permitted to bring pets. It can be a coexistence problem for Hidalgo and Traspié, the two cats that already live at home. -No parties, gatherings with more than 4 people, or be noisy until late at night.
