General referrals Our place is located in a residential area, very safe, quiet and convenient to travel From Labeaute you can walk to the nearest Beach in less than 5 minutes The apartment is fully furnished and private bathroom, along with kitchen utensils. The space Location: - 10 mins (500m) walking to the sea - 15 mins (1km) walking to An Thuong Tourist Quarter - 10 ~ 15p taxi (~5km) to Dragon Bridge, and tourist attractions in Da Nang City Center - Easy access to massage service, spa, restaurant,...on Vo Nguyen Giap beach road About the property - Labeaute has a minimalist, open design and full of basic, modern amenities - We offer high speed internet and absolutely free of charge - Motorbike guests, can park the motorbike for free in the house at the designated area - We can communicate quite fluently in English and Japanese. Guest access Room Features - Queen-size bed with full mattress, pillow, duvet, fresh sheet - In the room equipped with refrigerator, television (internet can be connected), kettle,... - The bathroom is clean and has hot water - The air-conditioner works well. If you need a fan, contact for arrangements - We do not collect internet and parking fee - All common stair and hallway areas have surveillance cameras Complimentary items - We provide towels according to the number of guests staying and will replace them upon request -Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are free to use on site. Please do not take them with you when leaving - To minimize plastic waste, we do not provide toothbrushes. Please bring your brush. Utensils for a fee - Some supplies with fees will be price labeled and laid out for you to be as easily identifiable as possible. - You can use during your stay and pay before you leave. Other things to note Some notes - Please turn off all the electrics before you leave the room - Please close the main gate when you go in and out of the house The main gate will be locked after 10h, so if you leave later, make sure you lock the gate with the lock. - If you have a motorbike, walk them inside in the evening to secure your property. - The water heater switch is right next to the bathroom door, turn it on and wait at least 10 minutes before using. - We have equipped a manual with information that we think you will need, if you have time, please refer more. - If you need help please message us through airbnb or with the contact information written in the Manual.
