Spend your time in peace disconnecting, relaxing on the patio, in the amazing bamboo cabana, take the chairs to the beach, catch the sunset under the bamboo beach hut, and take a stroll down the sand — it goes for about a mile. Tiny House #4 is also equipped with a terrace and heavy duty plastic rain drapes on three sides to protect during rains! A great place for a solo traveler, digital nomad, couple, romantic getaway, or just to unwind. Lipa Noi Beach is a picture-perfect stretch of powdery white sand and turquoise waters, ideal for sunbathing, swimming, and beachcombing. Fringed by swaying palm trees and bordered by lush vegetation, the beach provides a serene setting for unwinding and enjoying the natural beauty of Koh Samui. The tiny house is located on the calm and local side of the island, with plenty of things to do right down the road in Lipa Noi. The direct beach access from the property is literally right outside your door. The beach is considered public as there are no ‘private’ beaches on Koh Samui, but the amount of people walking the beach is extremely low. We can also arrange a scooter, tours, or water sports activities for you, and provide local recommendations for hikes, restaurants, happy hours, hotel pools, things to do, etc. Just ask! We have a nearly second identical tiny house right next to this one which is also suitable for two people, so if you’re interested in coming with friends, family, or a group of 4, please let us know as it will be a wonderful place to spend your group vacation Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire tiny house including the fenced in property, front area between the house and beach, and direct beach access which you can then walk up and down at your leisure. You can make it all the way down to the pier by the Intercontinental hotel. There is a dock you can walk on which extends into the ocean. Very peaceful and you can swim all down the beach as well. Other things to note There is an Outdoor shower is available for you to rinse off from the ocean & beach. It is located against in the trees 🌴 directly in front of the house 🏠 ***Please Read*** This tiny house is located on a TROPICAL island in a TROPICAL region, in the midst of trees, fauna and flora. You may encounter some native critters during your stay, just like anywhere else on the island. This is a natural part of the habitat. Additionally, we cannot control the ocean / tides, the sun or the moon, and we maintain the beach as best as possible cleaning it weekly. There are some instances where the tide and water is very shallow right outside the house, making the landscape otherworldly, it’s quite beautiful. However, sometimes to swim you have to walk a few minutes south on the beach. If you walk to the beach and turn left, water will get deeper during these low tide periods. Due to its tropical nature and setting, sometimes you will get storms during the day. We suggest you check the weather before booking if you feel it will dampen your experience. Many guests have spent the evening watching the storms roll through from the garden cabana. It is highly recommended to hire a scooter or car, if you would like this prior to arrival we can arrange for you. We can also arrange tours or connect you with local guides. The tiny house is ideal for guests looking for privacy and to get away from the hustle of the city, but close enough to Lipa Noi, Nathon, Lamai that you can bop right over! It is possible in rare circumstances that the power will go out due to a storm as the grid on Samui sometimes has outages afterwards We provide the standard services and comfort items needed for two people. Some items such as soap / shampoo are constantly stolen by guests so we try our best to keep these in stock **There are a few resorts and restaurants 5-10 minutes south walking distance on the beach from the tiny house!
