The space THE APARTMENT Our apartment is new and furnished. Right at the entrance, we have the kitchen integrated with the dining and living room. Next is the access corridor to the bedroom and social bathroom. The apartment is the ideal size for 2 guests, but it has two more sofa beds that can accommodate 4 more people. The total number of guests that can stay in this apartment is 6 people. It features: - 1 bedroom with a queen-size massage bed + crib. - 2 queen-size sofa beds in the living room. - 1 social bathroom. - Gas shower. - Hot and cold air-conditioning in all rooms. - Wi-Fi Internet. - TV in the living room and bedrooms. - Kitchen equipped with appliances. - Private covered garage. *BARBECUE GRILL NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE* We provide you with: - 1 bath towel per guest and face towel. - Sheets, comforter and extra blanket. - Bar soap. - Liquid soap. Note: there is no room service and change of bed and bath linens (possible to contract separately). CONCIERGE SERVICE Our guest will have a concierge service to assist them in Gramado. We take care of all the details, from grocery shopping at the supermarket for an extra fee. DAILY CLEANING SERVICES We offer daily housekeeping service at an extra cost and with a scheduled time, with two options: 1- Cleaning only: quick cleaning of the apartment in general. It includes tidying up rooms, cleaning bathrooms, removing garbage, washing dishes. 2- Cleaning and preparing breakfast: in addition to cleaning, our wonderful employee prepares the table with breakfast, serving it at the agreed time. Both options can be contracted for just one day or the entire stay. *Towel change is not included in the service; if you choose to change towels, we charge an extra fee.
