Our rooms are located at the underground exit of Mestre Venezia train station, on the Marghera side, easily accessible from the airports, cruise terminals. The furnishings, simple but refined, create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The room is equipped with all the necessary amenities: you will find a practical desk, ideal both for enjoying tea/coffee in peace and for working comfortably on the computer. A large closet and bedside tables next to a double bed are available, chosen to ensure a peaceful and restorative rest. To ensure a pleasant stay, we will provide clean linens, to make you feel at home. In addition, your privacy is a priority: the room is equipped with an exclusive private bathroom, which will only be for your use. We are here to make you live an unforgettable experience, full of relaxation and tranquility. Our apartment consists of four double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and a key lock. This ensures complete privacy for guests, as there are no common spaces; the only shared environment is the hallway. All rooms are functionally identical, but we often change the colors of the blankets and pillows to offer a fresh, renovated atmosphere. It is important to note that, at the time of check-in, a different room could be assigned than the one booked, but always ensuring the same standards of comfort and privacy. The bright private room is in a very convenient location, 2 steps from Mestre station, on the Venetian mainland, less than a minute from bus and train stops. These means of transport allow you to easily reach several destinations, including the airport, the train station, and the center of Venice, which makes it an ideal option for those who want to explore the city and its surroundings. This is required for registration with the municipality. Also, I remind you that upon arrival you will have to hand over the accommodation tax in cash. For the month of January, the amount is €2.80 per night per person, while for the other months it is €4.00. It's important to let us know in advance of your arrival time. We do not have a front desk with staff present all day and check-in is by appointment only. However, it is also possible to check in after hours, but please pay attention to the late check-in notes. Please note that late check-in IS generally not allowed. However, we want to offer you the best experience possible, and in some circumstances we can make exceptions, but only by direct agreement with me. If you would like to arrange an arrival after the standard time, we inform you that there is a small fee of €20 for the late check-in service.
